Data collected

On every visit, your IP address is processed for security and audience-measurement purposes. Audience measurement is provided by Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless tool that does not retain your IP address: visits are counted in an aggregated and anonymous way, with no profiling and no cross-site tracking. Your IP address may also appear, for a limited period, in the hosting provider's technical logs for security purposes.

Apart from this data, the site only collects the information you submit voluntarily: your name, email address and company, when you book a demo or contact us.

A functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) stores your language preference for twelve months. It enables no advertising tracking.

Purposes and legal bases

Your IP address is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and measuring its audience in aggregate. The information you submit through our forms is processed to answer your requests (pre-contractual measures) and, where applicable, to send you information about crumble-ai (legitimate interest or consent, as the case may be). No data is sold or rented to third parties.

Retention period

Data related to a contact or demo request is kept for three years after the last exchange, then deleted or anonymised. Audience statistics are kept only in aggregated, anonymous form; no IP address is stored for audience-measurement purposes. The hosting provider's technical logs are kept only for a limited period.

Your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@crumble-ai.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL — cnil.fr).

Cookies

The site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics) works without cookies. Only the functional language-preference cookie described above is set; it is exempt from consent requirements.
